Service
One of Prato Textile Museum’s most important activities is its visitor orientation scheme, a programme of events whose purpose is to present the Museum’s collections in a simple, easy-to-appreciate manner with a view to enhancing visitors’ appreciation of local traditions and culture. Indeed, by relaxing the way in which visitors are expected to approach the Museum - making their visits fun and rewarding from a cultural view - the Museum aims to become one of the places in which people prefer to spend their leisure time.
The aim of the Service Charter is to ensure the transparency and quality of all the areas in which the Museum operates pursuant to its Deed of Orientation, the technical-scientific criteria it has approved and internationally accepted operating standards.
