Premises

Prato Textile Museum is housed in the splendid Cimatoria Campolmi Leopoldo e C. textile mill, the only 19th-century industrial complex located within the 14th-century walls of the city of Prato.
Prato Textile Museum occupies a total surface area of 2,400 m² in the long west wing (ground and first floor) of this immense architectural complex, while, once restored, the rest of the building will be dedicated to Prato Municipal Library in such a way as to create a cultural centre of regional and national importance.
