In <\/span><b>1975<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, entrepreneur <\/span><b>Loriano Bertini<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> chose to entrust the community with his extraordinary collection of over <\/span><b>600 ancient textiles<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: a forward-thinking gesture that formed the founding core of our institution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today, as then, the Museum grows thanks to those who choose to transform <\/span><b>private memory into a shared heritage<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Why donate?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donating an item to the Museum means saving it from oblivion and handing it over to history.
